TICKET INFORMATION AND ORDER FORM

As You may already know from the IFMD events in the previous years, this year there is also a possibility of pre-ordering tickets also for the World Championship. During the manifestation of the World Championship the regulations and laws concerning the great public events will be strictly followed as well as the participants’ identification and the continuous information according to the professional IFMD regulations.

The tickets may be pre-ordered to assure for the people arriving from greater distances. Availability of free seats will be always provided for the owners of pre-ordered tickets on the auditorium, which will be arranged for having continuous capacity for at least 2000.

 

PAYMENT MAY BE MADE BY BANK TRANSFER IN HUNGARIAN FORINTS TO THE ACCOUNT GIVEN IN THE ORDER RECEIPT VERIFICATION. NATURALLY, ON-SITE PURCHASING OF ENTRY TICKETS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE AGAINST CASH PAYMENT.

ATTENTION! THE AUDIENCE WILL BE IDENTIFIED WITH SPECIAL MARKING IN A DAILY CHANGED SYSTEM, THEREFORE THE TRANSFER OF THE TICKETS TO OTHER PEOPLE WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE.

As descripbed in competition announcement, the tickets are offered as follows:

C.        VIDEO LICENCE

Daily    1.000,- HUF/pc. Must not be transferred and should be worne clipped on the clothing. See also:  General information leaflet and Competition Announcement.

 

B.        CHILDREN’S DAILY TICKET – up to 12

            Entitles the Holder to enter to one competition day.

            1.000,- HUF/person

 

A.        ADULT’S DAILY TICKET

            Entitles the Holder to enter to one competition day.

            2.000,- HUF/person

 

ATTENTION! The ordered tickets may be taken over by the registration desk against the presentation of the order form and the payment documentation.

 

PLEASE DON’T FORGET ABOUT THE ORDER DEADLINE MAY 30th, 2012.

 

The orders will be verified in a written acceptance receipt. The receipt contains the statement of accepting the order, the sum to be paid, the bank account concerned, etc.
