INFORMATION AND CONTACTING IN RESPECT OF CHAMPIONSHIPS:
Any dance pieces and dancers having valid IDF competition card and proper qualification from national competitions may be nominated. Contacting with IDF and the organizers is possible on the above given E-mail addresses and the mail and phone accesses as published on the website. General information and details about the event will also be published and continuously actualized on IDF website and the official website of the Championships https://dancewch.com .
NOMINATION DEADLINE : April 12th, 2005.
NOMANITIONS MUST BE COLLECTED AND FORWARDED BY NATIONAL MEMBER FEDERATIONS.
THE NOMINATIONS SHOULD BE SENT USING THE NOMINATION SHEETS TO IDF SEAT LATEST BY THE DEADLINE. NO ON-SITE NOMINATIONS NOR PERSONAL NOMINATIONS ACCEPTED. THE SUMMARY AND REQUEST FORMS SHOULD BE SENT TO ORGANIZERS BY THE RESPECTIVE DEADLINES INDICATED ON THEM.
ACCOMODATION:
Accomodation can be ordered only through the Organization Committee using the order form. The Town is a touristic and commercial centre, with busy accomodation possibilities. Organization Committee provides for suitable accomodations at decreased and friendly prices as can be seen from offer. The start numbers will be issued only if the accomodation documents are presented in photocopy.

3, EURO/dancer to be paid to IDF by bank transfer latest 45 days prior the event. |

Jury members: |
Properly experienced experts appointed by IDF, considering the proposals from national members. 5 jury members for each competition. Jury shifts and board composition by IDF. |

Dance music: |
Only on compact discs (CD). Only one music piece containing the dance music and nothing else can be recorded on the CD track 1. The CD should be properly identified by the name of club, competitor, concerned age group, discipline and category, and also the dance title if any using the IDF CD-covers. |

CD-s should be presented: |
By the team representatives identified properly on the nomination summary as dexcribed in the General Information attached herewith. |

Cups to first 3, and Diplomas to first 6 in each category. |
