REGULATIONS:
AS PUBLISHED ON IFMD OFFICIAL WEBSITE (http://dance.different.hu) FOR SPORTS DANCES AND ARTISTIC DANCES, RESPECTIVELY
INFORMATION AND CONTACTING IN RESPECT OF CHAMPIONSHIPS:
Any dance pieces and dancers having valid IFMD competition card and a proper qualification from their own national competitions may be nominated in the quantity as specified by the IFMD regulations. Contacting with IFMD and the organizers is possible on the above given E-mail addresses and the mail and phone accesses as published on the website. General information and details about the event will also be published in official circulars and continuously actualized on IFMD web portal http://dance.different.hu and the official website of the Championship https://dancewch.com (from January 10th 2011.).
NOMINATION DEADLINE: May 22nd, 2011.
NOMINATIONS MUST BE RESPONSIBLY COLLECTED, INSPECTED AND FORWARDED TO IFMD SEAT BY THE NATIONAL MEMBER FEDERATIONS.
LATE NOMINATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. UNTRUE NOMINATIONS ARE NOT CONSIDERED.
THE NOMINATIONS SHOULD BE SENT BY E-MAIL TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS OF IFMD USING THE IFMD NOMINATION SHEETS LATEST BY THE SET DEADLINE. NO ON-SITE NOMINATIONS NOR PERSONAL NOMINATIONS ACCEPTED. THE SUMMARY AND REQUEST FORMS SHOULD BE SENT TO ORGANIZERS BY THE RESPECTIVE DEADLINES INDICATED ON THEM.
ACCOMODATION & FOOD:
The venue is the centre of the greatest Hungarian resort area. Considering the interests of the participants the Organization Committee provides the accommodation and food supply at friendly prices as will be seen from the respective offers. Detailed accomodation offers with photos will be available at the World Championship website no later than on the February 20th, 2011. PLEASE CONSIDER THE OBLIGATION OF ACCOMODATION ORDER FROM LOCAL ORGANIZERS, WHICH MUST BE KEPT. The start numbers will be issued only if the respective order and payment documents are presented in copy at the registration desk. NOT HAVING THE PROPER REGISTRATION, THE DANCE MAY NOT START. Accommodation & food can be ordered using the appropriate order forms sent till the given deadlines, respectively. All participants should arrive to the place at least on the day before their respective competition day(s).
International competitor technical card: 5,- EURO/dancer to be paid to IFMD by bank transfer latest 30 days prior to the event.
Jury members: Properly experienced experts who passed concerning examinations, as appointed by IFMD, considering the perspective proposals from national members. 5 jury members for each competition. Jury shifts and board composition by IFMD President’s Office.
Dance music: Only on compact discs (CD). Only one music piece containing the dance music in .cda format and nothing else can be recorded on the CD track 1. No-rewritable CD-s, no other formats. The CD must be properly identified by the name of club, competitor, concerned age group, discipline and category, and also the dance title (if any) using the IFMD CD-covers. Usage of IFMD CD covers is obligatory. The specified music speeds will be checked and should be kept! Music speed will be checked using bpm counter PC program. Deviation from the music duration falling between the time limits specified is not allowed. The music time duration will be checked on the CD player display. The dances for which the CD-s are not identified properly, not given in due time or not meeting the specifications of the regulations will not be allowed to the stage. The CD-s should be given to the technical supervisor’s encounter latest two dances before getting to the stage. CD-s must be handed over by the club crew members properly identified. No other people are allowed to contact music technician or technical supervisor. Spare CD-s for emergency case should be available.
CD-s should be presented: By the team representatives identified properly in the namelist belonging to the nomination documents and as described in the General Information attached herewith. It is strictly prohibited to any other people to contact the music technician.
Prizes: Trophy to first 3 and Diploma to first 6, respectively in each category. Memorial certifi-cates to each participants.
Dance area: 11x10 m floor area
Surface: Plastic ballet carpet
Entrance: Competitors, trainers and team crew mwmbers may enter only and exclusively after passing the registration procedure. Registration and identification are the preconditions for participation on the competition, therefore the necessity of this procedure should be considered by all participants. Entrance is free for competitors, one trainer per club and 1 team crew member per each ten dancers of a given club as listed on the concerning namelist.
Tickets: May be previously ordered or purchased on site. Adult’s tickets: 1.500,- HUF/person/day, event ticket for three days 3.000,- HUF/person. Children ticket: till the age of 12: 1.000,- HUF/person/day, event ticket for three days 2.000,- HUF.
Video recording: Making a complete private video recording about the event is prohibited due to the copyright specifications. A professional on-site purchasable video recording is available from a video studio partner on site. For separate dances and only for private purposes, using only a handy camera without a stand from the marked sector, video recording may be made after purchasing the video permit for this purpose. Video permit may be purchased on site, at a price of 1.000,- HUF per day. The video permit must not be handed over to another person.
Photos: For own purposes, photos are allowed to be made but only from the sector marked for this activity. Any photo means will be taken away by the organizers if used outside the marked area. Professional photos will be made on each dance participating on the event which may immediately be purchased on site in digital form, in printed photo form or printed on different memorial presents. The photos made on the event may also be ordered form the professional photo partner after the event through Internet.
ATTENTION! STRICT KEEPING OF THE REGULATIONS IS OBLIGATORY FOR EACH PARTICIPANTS WITHOUT EXCEPTION. IN CASES AS LISTED IN THE REGULATIONS, THE DANCES HARMING THE RULES WILL NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER TO THE STAGE. PERSONS BEHAVING THEMSELVES IMPROPERLY WILL BE LED OUT BY THE GUARDS.

The nomination sheets and summary forms may be copied if necessary. One separate nomination sheet should be filled in for each dance. Nominations are accepted only if sent on the attached nomination sheet. Please fill in correctly all the relevant forms, including the dancers’ list and the summary of club nomination as well! Presenting an inspected nomination documentation for each club is the obligation and responsibility of the concerned national representatives, respectively.
